In his current role, Mallikarjun is responsible for providing strategic leadership for all aspects of the AIPMA. He has around 26 + years of professional experience in Policy Advocacy, Govt Relations/ Liasoning, Business & Policy Intelligence, Stakeholders Management, Institutional Business Development, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Communication and Manufacturing.

Mallikarjun is a Mechanical Engineer, completed his post-graduation from BITS Pilani and PGDIB from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
Mallikarjun worked for organisations like Motherson Sumi Systems, Trafag Limited, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Yara Fertilizers India Pvt Ltd and Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited.
